Eeryone should read.

I wear many hats and one of them is working with at-risk youth through a specialty court program. This book dissects the mind of several individuals and produces a riveting tale of risk and redemption through experiential education.

I found this book, which I picked up because I was considering working for the school featured in the book, to be much less dry than I assumed. Featuring chapters which change points-of-view and observations from different students and the occasional staff member, it was engaging and well-written.
