Fun read.

I suppose Grossman was trying to jump aboard the Da Vinci Code bandwagon, but not only does he lack Brown's talent for storytelling, he doesn't even have a grasp on the basics of fiction writing. He breaks the cardinal rule of telling when he should be showing -- telling us about a character's personality instead of demonstrating it through their thoughts and actions, for example.
