Andrey Samoilov aka SOM began his career in 1997. Way back then Andrey was very young and the guy of 14 years was growing as a beginning DJ. His performances were a success practically on any platform, including well known clubs of Moscow. In 1998 Andrey leaves the DJ stage and was then engaged in writing his own tracks. At first he experimented with various sounds and styles, and in parallel to this SOM worked with foreign actors on creation of remixes! In 1999 Andrey was the resident of 2 Moscow clubs and as he continues his search of musical styles, he found psy trance in 2003. He continues to go on tours of clubs in Moscow and participates in many large musical festivals of the city. In 2006 SOM presented his debut album " Control of Mind " and created the promo group called " Positive Reaction ". The core direction which became clear was to carry out thematic parties and OpenAir's with the participation of alot of well known musicians and DJs. Now Andrey works in three directions:- Project SOM - Psytrance music, project SOMATICA - House music (the Project is formed together with the known Moscow DJ and musician DJ JIM) and "Positive Reaction"...
