David Mendez

Biography

David Mendez is founder of Monterrey Pictures Entertainment. He also is President/COO of a photography media company, MAP LLC, which he co-founded in 2009. A former technology entrepreneur and venture capitalist, he entered the film industry in 2007 as producer and co-writer of 700 Hill.

He is spearheading the financing of Monterrey Pictures Entertainment with a slate of several diverse feature film projects, including "700 Hill", "The 88th State", and several upcoming high profile remake projects, including the recently announced remake to The Blob, to be written and directed by Rob Zombie and produced by Richard Saperstein. Mr. Mendez will executive produce The Blob.

David started his career at DuPont after earning his engineering degree from Clemson University. After working in several capacities at DuPont in the U.S. and the U.K., he attended the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill to obtain his MBA

David Mendez is known for their accomplishments and continues to make an impact, inspiring others and leaving a lasting impression through their work and presence.
